A program of crossing upgrades on rural roads. Oxley Civil built the earthworks and backfill behind new bridge abutments, installed culvert pipes and headwalls, placed rock scour protection on the approaches and creek banks, and widened the road and table drains to tie each new crossing back into the existing road.
